About the event
Creative Mindfulness
Artist, author, and teacher, Karen Haughey, will guide participants through a multidimensional journey exploring creative mindfulness. As part of this journey, participants will create a non conventional mandala by exploring the flow of imagination, enhanced by music and mindfulness techniques. Join us for this unique in person experience combining art, mindfulness and creativity!
Participants are encouraged to bring a journal or notepad to take notes in during this class and a medium of their choice for the mandala.
