Fremont Art Association’s Member Show Prospectus

April 5 - April 27, 2025

The Fremont Art Association is hosting a Members Show for 2025.

Artists must be current members of the association.

Returning members and new members must be current by March 1, 2025.

The association encourages new artists to enter their work.

Entry Fee: $25 for one piece of artwork. Choose your best piece, Only 1 piece per artist.

Awards: 1st Place $100; 2nd Place $50; Emerging Artist $25

Drop-off art work: Monday, March 31, 10:00 am -12:00pm

Pick up art work: Sunday, April 27 at 5:00pm

Reception: Sunday April 6, 1:00-3:00pm

The Association will charge a 20% commission for each work sold. Work may be shown for exhibition only.

The association will have a one hour framing session to be announced later. This event is especially for artists who have never exhibited before.

Artwork Specifications

Wall Art can be no larger than 40” x 40” in any direction.
Sculpture must be 20 pounds or less or on wheels.
Works on paper, including photographs, must be protected under plexiglass or glass and fully framed. If over 16” x 20” use plexiglass.
Use D rings for hanging—no saw tooth hangers. No poster frames.
The frames must be wired so the wire reaches no less than three inches from the top of frame and the ends must be taped.
Sculptures must be 20 pounds or less or on wheels
Each entry needs the following information printed on label and attached to the back. Artist’s full name, Title, Medium, Price or NFS
