with Ms. Neera Dave
The Zentangle Method is an easy, relaxing and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It increases Focus and Creativity, provides artistic satisfaction and creates a sense of well-being. It is incorporated with all the properties of meditation and hence the practitioner with correct breathing experiences calm body & mind, fulfillment, joy & happiness. about the instructor
In 2012, Neera was trained and certified in the art of Zentangle. She finds solace in this art and she indulges in it, making it a part of her everyday life. Zentangle has kept her going through good and bad times. Because of this, she decided to start helping spread this art form to others in the hope that they will benefit from the therapeutic properties of Zentangle as well. Neera has taught Zentangle at the Mission San Jose Elementary school to upwards of 450 students. It always makes her feel grateful and warm inside to know that her students, children and adults, have fallen in love with the art, time and again.
